Round Rock + surrounding Williamson County, Texas.
We work a deliberately tight radius. The cities below are where we've engineered our sub-base spec, our crew schedule, and our HOA workflow. Outside this radius, call us — we'll be honest about whether we can take the job.
We install resin-bound driveways, resin-bound patios, and resin-bound pool decks across every city listed below.

Round Rock
Forest Creek, Teravista, Stone Canyon, Mayfield Ranch, Behrens Ranch, Walsh Ranch
Our home city and the densest part of our service area. Most of the premium-home neighborhoods here were built between the late 1990s and mid 2000s, which puts a lot of the original concrete driveways and patios squarely in replacement age right now. Houston Black clay underlies most of the city, so any new install has to be engineered for soil movement rather than poured over a generic base. Architectural Review Committees are active in nearly every master-planned community here, and they vary in how quickly they turn around hardscape submittals — we handle the packet end to end and won't schedule install until written approval lands.

Cedar Park
Twin Creeks, Buttercup Creek, Brushy Creek crossover
Cedar Park reads as one continuous market with Brushy Creek along its eastern edge. The buyer profile skews professional families in custom or semi-custom homes, with hardscape that needs to look intentional — not contractor-default. Twin Creeks and Buttercup Creek both have established ARCs that take material substitutions seriously, which works in our favor because resin-bound documents well. Soil conditions are mixed across Cedar Park, so we engineer the sub-base specifically to your lot rather than applying a one-size build.

Brushy Creek
Brushy Creek, Highland Horizon, Sendero Springs
Brushy Creek is the sweet spot for the buyer we built this business for — established premium homes, real lot sizes, owners who care about how the property reads from the street, and an HOA culture that supports architectural quality. Driveways here tend to be longer and more visible than in the surrounding cities, which is exactly where a resin-bound surface earns its premium. We work this area heavily and know the local ARC patterns.

Leander
Crystal Falls, Cap Rock, Travisso edges
Leander is newer construction. A lot of the homes we're scoping here are on original builder concrete that has either started to crack or simply doesn't match the level of finish the owner put into the rest of the property. Crystal Falls and Cap Rock both have buyer profiles that line up well with resin-bound — larger lots, longer driveways, and ARCs that approve thoughtful material upgrades when documented properly. We're comfortable working all of Leander north of 1431.

Georgetown
Berry Creek, Cimarron Hills, Wolf Ranch, Sun City Texas
We work Georgetown's premium pockets — Berry Creek, Cimarron Hills, Wolf Ranch, and the high-end custom builds west of I-35. Hardscape standards in these neighborhoods are high and the homeowners tend to do their own product research before we walk the property, which we appreciate. Sun City Texas is age-restricted but we serve it — the driveway and patio profile is a fit for the resin-bound system, and the community's architectural review is consistent and reasonable to work with.

Pflugerville
Falcon Pointe, Avalon, Blackhawk
Pflugerville premium-home density is concentrated in Falcon Pointe, Avalon, and Blackhawk. These are the lots where the original builder hardscape no longer matches the level of upgrades the homeowner has made inside, and a driveway or patio resurface noticeably shifts the read of the entire property. ARCs across these communities are active and predictable; we factor a two-to-four-week review into your timeline upfront.

Hutto
Hutto Highlands, Star Ranch, Mager Meadows
Hutto is newer than the rest of our service area and the premium-home density is lower, but we cover it. If you're building or have recently bought in Hutto Highlands, Star Ranch, or Mager Meadows and the builder concrete isn't the finish you wanted, we'll come look. Soil conditions here lean toward expansive clay similar to Round Rock proper, so the engineered sub-base approach is the same.
Where we don't currently work.
We don't currently serve South Austin, San Marcos, Lakeway, or West Lake Hills. We may expand south once our Round Rock pipeline is established. If you're outside our area, call us — we'll be honest about whether we can take the job.
