One accountable owner. A vetted crew. A fixed timeline in writing.
Read the Google reviews for any Austin hardscape contractor and the complaints rhyme — “week seven of a one-week job,” “sent a sub who didn't know the product,” “project manager vanished.” We built Round Rock Resin to be the opposite of that.
- Vuba-Certified Installer
- $2M GL + Workers' Comp Insured
- Round Rock Registered Contractor
- 5-Year Workmanship Warranty
- Manufacturer-Backed Resin Warranty
The operational failure is the norm in Austin hardscape.
Premium materials, mediocre operations. That's the pattern across this market. Beautiful paver brochures, expensive concrete designs, and then a seven-week schedule slip, an unvetted crew that has never seen the product before, and a project manager who stops returning calls in week three. We wrote this page so you can audit the way we work before you ever sign anything. Six steps, one accountable owner, no surprises.
Six steps. Every job. In writing.

Site visit + scope
One hour at your property, free. Terry walks it himself. No salesperson. We measure, check drainage, assess the existing sub-base or slab, and walk you through what the bound system can and can't do for your specific property.
- 02
Written scoped estimate
Within 48 business hours of the walk, a written, line-itemed scope lands in your inbox. It names the Vuba aggregate blend we're proposing, specifies the sub-base build, and details what each warranty covers. No ranges. No on-site upsells. Read it on your time.
- 03
HOA / ARC submission
We write the Architectural Review Committee submittal, supply the physical aggregate sample and manufacturer spec sheets, and answer the committee's questions directly. You sign one cover page. We do not schedule the install until written approval is in hand.
- 04
Permit pull
We pull every permit required by the Round Rock Building Inspection Division (and the equivalent body for your city if you're outside Round Rock proper). Permitting is included in the scope — not a surprise line item once you've signed.
- 05
Install
Typically three to five days on site for a residential driveway, two to four for a patio or pool deck. The install is performed by a vetted crew trained on the Vuba system, working to the written spec from your estimate. Terry runs the schedule and the standard, and stays your single point of accountability from scope to walk-through.
- 06
Walk-through + warranty letter + maintenance schedule
We walk the finished installation with you, hand over a printed warranty packet (manufacturer + workmanship + sub-base/overlay), and leave a one-page maintenance schedule on the kitchen counter. Then we get out of your driveway and let you enjoy it.
What we don't do.
- We don't hand your job to a crew we haven't vetted.
- We don't run more than two active jobs at a time.
- We don't quote without walking the property.
- We don't take a deposit before ARC approval is in writing.
- We don't show up in an unmarked pickup with a casual handshake — we run a registered, insured business with written contracts and a real warranty.
Real coverage, in writing, before we break ground.
“Texas is the only state where contractors aren't required to carry workers' comp. We carry it anyway. If someone gets hurt on your driveway during the install, you're not in the lawsuit chain — we are. $2M general liability, workers' comp, COI sent the same day you ask.”
